You are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up any data, inventory, client information, or tax records you enter into the Service. While we implement standard security measures, we do not guarantee the prevention of data loss due to server failure, human error, or hacking. You agree that we are not responsible or liable for the deletion, corruption, or failure to store any content or data.
Our Service acts solely as a technological tool. You are entirely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all local, state, and national laws, including but not limited to tax regulations, electronic invoicing rules, and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice, and we are not responsible for any fines or penalties you may incur.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless German System and its owners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your data may be permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
